The final target of any management system is that each of your business processes as well as your company as a whole, regularly achieve the set targets. This must be assured by an effective system, it must not be owing to the talent of improvisation by single employees. Dependences of any kind, on a single client, a single employee, or a single supplier always represent a risk. Such risks can stay undetected for a long time, but suddenly convert into a lethal hazard for the company. We help you in controlling these risks by an effective risk management and taking apropriate preventive measures.

In Energy, Germany counts with very stringent requirements and also ISO 50001 audits are quite strict, due to the high tax refunds related to energy certifications as well as the complex and further growing energy legislation. Companies, depending on their size, are obliged to have a certified management system and/or plan energy saving projects, have them externaly approved and publish them. Such projects can be identified by interested parties from inside or outside the company, and they may only be postponed or rejected by the management if an economical feasibility study according to ValErI proves them to be economically not feasible. Such studies need to be certified. If the certification of either the energy saving projects or the management system is not done on time, not correctly or not completely, the German legislation foresees penalties up to 50 000 - 100 000 Euros, in addition to the typically clearly higher costs due to the loss of certification and tax privileges. Audits for business and root causes analysis

If your output stays behind the targets and you are not able to clearly identify the root causes, we will help you with our experienced audit team. An internal audit allows us to understand how your company works and to identify the blocking elements. We either apply our proven methode or we concentrade on the focus you provide us. E.g. if you have repeated isues with late deliveries, damages during transport, inefficient production processes etc., we will investigate directly these issues. Due to our expereience with a broad range of commercially available IT tools and due to our deep experience in industrial production, in most cases we are able to directly suggest a working solution to our customers.
